Urgent: How to access Loom videos recorded by a former employee who has left the company?

We have an urgent issue. A former team member recorded several Loom videos that explain our product in detail. Since they left the company, we can no longer find or access these videos. We need these videos by today (May 19) at 6 PM CET at the latest, as they are critical for an upcoming use case and re-recording them from scratch is not feasible on such short notice.

Could you please help us locate or restore access to these videos? Specifically:

• The former employee's account has been deactivated or removed.
• The videos were recorded as part of their work and should be considered company content.
• We have searched our workspace but cannot find them.

Any help in recovering these recordings as quickly as possible would be greatly appreciated. This is time-sensitive.
