I have a free account after an initial trial of a more premium account ended. Now trying to upgrade to business AI but get a page saying "You need Permissions" and asking me to contact Administrator to allow.
I'm showing as the Admin so why am I unable to do this. Very frustrating.
Hi there! It's possible you're in multiple different workspaces and trying to upgrade a workspace that you are a member in but not an admin. Go to the workspace picker on the left hand side of your screen to see which workspaces you're a member of:
Then, click your profile photo on the right side of your screen to see what your role and plan type is. In an account you're trying to upgrade, you should be "admin"
