Hi,
I have reached the free plan limit (25/25 videos) and need to upgrade my existing Loom account so I can download my current videos and continue recording.
Unfortunately, all Upgrade and Billing buttons on my account appear to be broken.
When I click "Upgrade" or "Try for free", either:
The issue occurs in multiple browsers and also in Incognito mode, so it doesn't seem to be a browser issue.
I urgently need this resolved because I use Loom for my business and need access to my existing videos and the ability to record new ones before Wednesday.
Has anyone experienced this issue before, or is there a way to contact Loom support directly?
