I am trying to record an audiovisual response using a link created in Jotform. When I click the "record" button on the application, I receive an error message in Loom. Lom was the application for which the record button was created. I contacted the creators of the form, and they advised me to set up a Loom account and install an extension in my Google Chrome browser. I have cleared my browser history, cache, and restarted my computer. Still, I am unable to record using the link.
I have tried everything I was asked to do to resolve this issue, and still no results. Is there a way to correct this issue? Or, is there a way to record my response directly using my LOOM account and attach it to the Jotform? I am so frustrated!
