Previously Loom would have us login with an email and password. Now when we go to login it has a "continue with Atlassian" button after we put in our email. The email we use does not have an atlassian login and we are getting this error.
@Daniel Conlon We are so sorry that this is happening to you, that is extremely frustrating.
This could be due to a number of things (and the teams are hard at work to make this a better experience).
First, could you check that your Loom email and your Atlassian email are the same email? If they're not the same, they should change your Loom email to match your Atlassian one. If you have an IT team who manages your accounts, you should reach out to them.

I have similar issue because Atlassian used my 5 years old email address when merging with Loom but my loom account was my current one. The problem is I do not have access to my old email address since it linked to my google account.
I wanted to contact your IT team but I can only post in the community... How to contact your support team ?
Because I have to login Loom to get IT support from them...
