I am trying to login to my account, but ever since the integration last week, I can't login. My email is afoss@coastal.edu. It tells me the email is incorrect (which it is not). I tried to reset the password but I am not getting any email to reset it (Yes, I did check spam).
I thought maybe I needed a new account with Atlassian, but when I tried to sign up it says there is already an account for afoss@coastal.edu.
I do not know my site URL.
I just purchased the Loom Business + AI plan prior to the integration, so I know I have an account. Can you assist?

Visit the support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
Continue without logging in.
Enter your email.
In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
