To transfer the Loom workspace videos, it says in the help to select personal account settings and scroll down to My Workspace Content and then Get Started.
When I go to Personal Account Settings, My Workspace Content is not an option, so I can't transfer my existing videos.

...this change only affects the ability to move content between workspaces.
If you don't have another workspace, there is no action for you to take.

Note that in case the workspace was already migrated to the Atlassian environment, the option might be probably unavailable and, in order to move videos, you'll have to download them and re-upload them to a different/destination workspace. 👈
