Subscription upgraded but 5-minute limit remains – is there a sync delay?

I am asking for immediate assistance with my account. I recently upgraded to a monthly subscription for $24 to remove the recording time limits for my tutorial videos. However, despite the successful charge to my credit card, my dashboard still shows a five-minute maximum limit per recording.
Could someone please help me update my account to reflect the correct subscription status? If it is not possible to provide unlimited recording time or the upgraded features I paid for, I need to get a full refund.

Hi Jennifer! It sounds like you might have the wrong workspace set as your default. I would suggest changing your default workspace to the upgraded account, signing out of your desktop app, and then re- signing in.
