I’m currently facing an issue accessing my previous workspace on Loom and would really appreciate your guidance.
Despite support from Atlassian (Billing & Licensing Team), my workspace was reactivated after trial expiry, but I’m still unable to properly access my page/videos.
Details:
Workspace: aashok-fc-advisory.atlassian.net
Issue: Unable to access previous Loom page / videos properly
Current Status: Workspace reactivated on free plan, but access issues persist
Support Status: “Working on it”
I understand that due to plan downgrade, certain features like downloads are restricted. However, my main concern is basic access to my previous Loom page and content.
Request:
Has anyone faced a similar issue after trial cancellation/reactivation?
Any workaround to regain full access to previously recorded videos?
Do I need to upgrade again just to retrieve/access my own content?
Any help, suggestions, or shared experiences would be highly appreciated.
