I've uploaded a Zoom recording into Loom, which has worked fine, except for the fact that the screenshare from the Zoom call is not visible in Loom. I can see the screenshare fine in the Zoom recording.
How do I fix this or avoid it in the future?

Which file type (of that Zoom recording) do you have at the moment? I'm asking because the problem might be due to an underlying property of the video file with which Loom's standard uploader is struggling to process. 👀
If the video is being rejected, you could try running the original Zoom recording through HandBrake (a free conversion tool; I use it occasionally). As per troubleshooting docs export the video using the H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec in an .MP4 container at 30 fps.

👉 Also, as described here Import Zoom cloud meeting recordings, the recommended approach would be to use Loom AI for Meetings > really powerful feature if you ask me, and it works quite well.
