Hello 

I am new at LOOM, and I am totally stocked. Impossible to recording and workplace unvailable.

I asked to AI but nothing is working.  I need to begin asap, because I have a huge deadline in 2 days. 

Please Help me.  What do I need to do to be able to make my first recording?

Quick Steps for Your First Loom Recording

Based on your description ("Impossible to record", "Workspace unavailable", and being new to Loom), this is usually a combination of browser/app permissions and login/workspace issues.
1. Check if you can access Loom (Account and Workspace)

Go to: https://www.loom.com

Click on Log in.

Log in with the same email you are trying to use in the app.

After logging in:

Check if there is a "workspace unavailable" error.

If you see the option Create a workspace / Create new workspace, create a new one and accept all the steps.

If Loom works in the browser (you can see the home screen with "New video" / "Record a video"), then the problem is limited to the app/extension.

2. If you are using a browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
2.1. Confirm Camera/Microphone permissions

In Chrome:

Go to: https://www.loom.com

Click the padlock or permissions icon on the left side of the website address.

Under Permissions:

Camera: Allow

Microphone: Allow

Screen sharing: If it appears, allow it as well.

Afterward:

Refresh the page (F5).

Click New video > Record a video.

Check if the recording panel opens normally.

2.2. Test Screen Sharing

When you click Start recording:

The browser should open a window asking you to choose:

Entire Screen

Window

Browser Tab

Select Entire Screen and click Share.
