Hello Loom Support Team,
I have not been using my Loom subscription and did not knowingly consent to its automatic renewal. However, I was just charged $18 for a renewed subscription that I do not intend to use.
Please cancel my subscription immediately, disable any future automatic renewals, and issue a full refund of the $18 charge to my original payment method as soon as possible.
Since the charge was made only recently and I will not be using the renewed subscription, I kindly ask you to process the refund without delay.
Please confirm once both the cancellation and refund have been completed.
Thank you,
Victoria
Hi Victoria, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If the Submit support ticket button isn’t working, I’d first try another browser or an incognito window and clear the browser cache/cookies. Atlassian specifically recommends this for Loom billing issues.
You can also cancel the renewal yourself from Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription so you don’t get charged again.
For the refund itself, Community members can’t submit the request on your behalf. Since Loom’s standard policy says cancellations normally don’t generate prorated refunds, the recent renewal charge will need to be reviewed directly by Atlassian/Loom Support.
I’d include the charge date, amount, invoice/receipt and the email tied to the Loom workspace when you contact them.

The “Submit support ticket” button isn’t working. Could you please help me submit the request another way?

When you say that the support ticket button is not working, is there any error message you're getting? Did you try with different browsers?
