Hello there, I did not mean to sign up for a paid subscription with Loom. I seen a post online about it being a free recording platform. Now I have a bill. I have requested to cancel my subscription, yet the fee is still posted. Please refund me the cost, thank you for your time.

Hey @Helen M ,

In case you've already been billed, you can use the following channel to raise a ticket for billing and licensing team: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing 👈
You can use the same channel if you have any other billing/licensing-related questions.

Back to the refund part, select Payments > Request a refund and fill out the form. (note that you'll have to type in the invoice number and then click on Need more help? button which will appear after entering the value).
