Hi Atlassian Support,
I would like to request a refund for the Loom Business + AI charges made after May 29, 2026.
On May 29, I believed I had successfully cancelled/deactivated my Loom subscription. In Atlassian Billing, I can see a Loom entitlement that was indeed deactivated on May 29, 2026.
However, I have now discovered that a different Loom Business + AI entitlement remained active and continued charging our company USD 24 every month.
This was particularly confusing because when I logged into Loom with our company account, Loom showed: “You no longer have workspaces with this account.” Therefore, I had no indication that another paid Loom workspace was still active.
I have now located the second subscription in a different Atlassian billing account and discovered that it has continued billing us despite us no longer having access to the corresponding Loom workspace.
Subscription details:
Product: Loom Business + AI
Entitlement: E-43M-RF8-8HE-VGB
Site: webfabrikant-40557383.atlassian.net
Price: USD 24/month
Card: ending 4630
Invoice: IN-EU-003-440-152
I would therefore kindly request:
1. A refund of all Loom charges incurred after May 29, 2026;
2. Confirmation that this Business + AI subscription is fully cancelled and will not renew again;
3. Confirmation that there are no other paid Loom subscriptions associated with Webfabrikant or our billing accounts.
Given that another Loom entitlement shows as deactivated on May 29 and Loom itself told us that this account no longer had any workspaces, we reasonably believed the service had been completely cancelled.
I would appreciate it if you could review the account history and make an exception for these charges.
Thank you.
