We accidentally added extra users to our account, and as a result, we were charged more than expected.
We only need 1 user on the account, but we were charged for multiple users.
Could you please contact me privately so I can provide the account details, invoice number, and billing information?
We would like to request a recalculation of the charge based on 1 user and a refund of the difference.
Also, the email currently associated with the account is temporarily not working, so we cannot receive verification codes or support replies there.
