Recorded a Zoom meeting, using Loom extension still uploading

I recorded a Zoom meeting a few days ago, using the loom chrome extension. The video in my Loom account still says uploading, but when I go to transcribe, it shows the transcribed video. If I use AI to do an instructional transcription, it also shows pictures of my screen from the video. I cannot replay the video at all because it just keeps saying uploading. Can you please help?
