Problemas al grabar: la grabación se corta y no puedo aparecer sobre un PowerPoint

Hola,
estoy teniendo problemas al grabar con Loom. Aunque ya liberé espacio en mi cuenta, la grabación sigue cortándose con un mensaje que indica que no hay espacio disponible.

Además, cuando intento grabarme desde la extensión de Loom, no aparece ningún logro en la pantalla mientras presento un PowerPoint (mi cámara no se muestra sobre la presentación).

¿Podrían ayudarme a resolver estos dos problemas?

  1. La grabación se interrumpe a pesar de tener espacio disponible.

  2. No puedo mostrar mi cámara sobre un PowerPoint al grabar desde la extensión.

1. Even if your Loom account has available cloud storage, the recorder also depends on local disk space on your device to buffer the recording before it uploads to the cloud. If your local drive is low on free space, Loom may automatically stop recording or display the “no space available” message. You can refer to this article

So, you can empty your local disk space and have a try again. On Mac, you can reduce disk usage by disabling the Screen Capture Kit (SCK) under Loom → Settings → Video & Audio.

2. The Loom Chrome extension cannot overlay the camera bubble when PowerPoint is in Presenter View or Full-Screen Mode. This is a limitation of the browser extension.
For full-screen recordings with camera overlay, you need to use the Loom Desktop App instead. You can have a look at this article

In this case, maybe you can try with the Desktop App again and verify that Loom has permission to access your camera and microphone.
