I get an error message when trying to contact Loom Support. "unable to submit support ticket, please try again"
I tried emailing, but that didn't work either.

No matter what I do, I cannot reach anyone. My account will not let me invite anyone. Again, I get an oh so helpful error message "There was an issue sending your invites. Please try again."
Loom is uniquely frustrating on so many levels, and I've had problems over the years, but this one is infuriating. If anyone from Loom actually reads this (and I have a feeling I know the answer to that) please contact me.
Hi, @Karen - not sure what might be going on here, but you can also contact Loom in a variety of other ways.
I'd probably try contacting without logging in at this point:
Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
Continue without logging in.
Enter your email.
In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
