Playback speed unexplainably accelerating

I recorded a video normally. Now, at the 30 second mark, the playback speed unexplainably accelerates. Thoughts?

Welcome to the community! Haven't encounter this issue. Using the desktop version for reference. There isn't a setting that I have seen where accelerate the playback speed at various part of a loom video.
