Not recording videos

The Loom chrome extension and loom application is not letting me record anything other than on a tab of Loom videos.

@Corinne Colangelo I am assuming that this just started, if that is the case do you have a anti-virus or firewall application that could be preventing the application from working?

You might try reinstalling the application to see if it prompts for anti-virus or firewall permissions.

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing if it is not an antivirus or firewall issue.
