I have an email instructing me to transfer Loom content before July 6. The steps include scrolling to "My Workspace Content" and then "Get Started", however, these are not appearing in my personal account settings. Any help appreciated. I am in fear of losing my video content.

...this change only affects the ability to move content between workspaces.
If you don't have another workspace, there is no action for you to take.

Basically, if you don't have option to switch workspace in the top left corner, you don't need to take any action:

As Tobi mentioned, if you don't see the "My Workspace Content" option, you likely do not have multiple workspaces or a team account.
You will not lose your content. This transfer instruction only applies if you need to move videos between different workspaces otherwise, your Personal Library and videos remain perfectly safe. 🙂
