No sound with embedded video

When I play my PowerPoint in Loom, everything works perfectly until I try to play an embedded video; then I can’t hear the sound. How do I fix this?

You need to download the video to an MP4 on your computer in order to embed it in Powerpoint. Instructions here. 

Check the video after you've downloaded it, and if it's downloading without sound, please open a support ticket. I saw a bug pertaining to that last week and our team can help!
