I have tried repeatedly to get access to my account. It's been a few weeks now and I have a business to run. I've tried everything you've suggested and still no access. I opened a ticket, but haven't heard back on what is happening with my account. If you can't reinstate, please cancel my subscription.

I'm from the Bitbucket Cloud support team, but noticed this post show up in my feed so thought I'd pop in.
I can see you've got an existing ticket raised with our customer advocacy team, and have noticed that this ticket has still not been addressed. I can totally understand your frustration here given the delay on what is clearly a serious issue, so I've had our cloud support team reach out to our CA team to follow this up accordingly.
