No Longer Able To Access Account or Contact Support

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Our Loom account has seemingly disappeared over night. It keeps showing saying it is unable to view our Workspace settings. The Chat Bot unfortunately is not helpful and directs me to "Contact Support"; however, I also receive an error when trying to submit a support request.
