When I try to create a workspace through new user registration, I get a message in red text saying, "An error occurred. Please try again," and I cannot proceed. I would like to know how to fix this.

New users can register for Loom either directly using email/password or by signing in with Google, Atlassian, Apple, or Microsoft accounts.
If registration is failing, try checking whether the email is already linked to an existing Atlassian/Loom account or try using an incognito browser session.
