NEW LOOM ADMIN QUESTIONS Workspace

New admin for a loom 4 user setup and something that I cannot find out how to do or how it works.   We have Business and AI license  

SO when I am logged on and I create a video I see it in my LIBRARY.  I also see how to create folders as well.  SO what am I missing for the others to see the videos I have created and for me as an Admin to be able to see ALL the videos in our company workspace?   Id this possible am I missing something in a setup.

Hey @RICK DEEMER ,

When you record a video, it is set to private by default and stored in your personal Library.
While you can create folders to group the videos, these are still only visible to you.

If you'd like to share it with your team, you would need to share it with the workspace where your team works. More about that here: Share videos with your Workspace
