HI guys and gals,
I can barely state how frustrated I am.
I am about to lose access to the email account i used to sign up to loom.
When I click on "change email" - Atlassian never sends the actual confirmation email to that new address.
I have tried multiple times.
I have looked through spam.
I have copied the email address directly from my password manager - it is the right email.
And according to this forum, others are experiencing the same issue!
How can i get this FIXED FAST?

Here's a workaround to get in touch with Atlassian support without needing a login. When it asks you for your email address, just use your current email where we get in touch with you:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
