My videos aren’t downloading

Hello,

Often when I go to download a video in the app it says ‘There is a problem our end, try again later’ 

This is delaying my work, I can’t send the videos to my Clients as I need to edit them first.

Hi @Harriet Brennan ,

I usually reach out to the Loom support team in these situations (although I haven't experienced issues with downloading per se). You can reach out to Loom support by following the steps from this article: Need help with your Loom account? Here’s how to contact Support (and get help faster)

Btw, have you tried editing your videos by using Loom editing features like trim, stitch, edit by transcript, etc.? 👀
