I am subscribed to the Business plan as an individual user.
Loom was working normally this morning, but suddenly my library stopped displaying, and I am unable to record. Currently, the "Start Recording" button shows a lock icon and cannot be clicked.
Could you please restore or reassign my Business workspace and confirm that my plan is still active?
This is urgent for my work, so I would appreciate your immediate attention to resolve this issue.
Currently, I am seeing the error message: "Your Workspace is Unavailable". Please help me restore access to my workspace.
