Misfunctioned video export and download

I edited my Loom video and the total length was 5:27. After clicking Finish, the exported video became 5:21, about 6 seconds were cut (please note: 3:11, then skip directly to 3:17). I double-checked the editor and everything looked normal, so it seems the issue occurred during export. I tried 3 times and it's still the same. In addition, when I downloaded and played the video, the audio was completely out of sync with the visuals. How can I fix this issue?

Same issue. There seems to be an audio delay when exporting. On the browser seems fine. I've already opened a ticket but i want more visibility on this as I literally just upgraded and I'm trying to convince my company to move to loom too.
