Lost my settings screen? Now just a few, not time shift.

HI, just started here. I made some videos and went back to make more and the UI changed on me. I don't have the time shift option now and the UI looks different from the tutuorials.
Lil help?

Hey Jason,

Can you please share a screenshot of the and UI you're referring to and clarify what you mean by "time shift option"?
