Loom video won't play sound

I recorded a Loom video, and when I play it back there's no sound. I verified it's on in the player, and there is a transcript that is correct. When I download the video, there is sound. So it definitely recorded me talking. Video won't play with sound on other browsers or incognito window. Previously recorded Loom videos play sound just fine. It seems to be an issue with just this Loom.
