Loom is not working - no way other than here to contact support

having this issues with Loom "Oops, please try that again!
We had an issue starting the recording. Please try again, and if you still encounter the issue please contact our Support team."

I have contacted support updated the App reinstalled the Chrome Browser extension and rebooted my computer.
I have removed cookies checked for viruses, uninstalled and reinstalled the software.   If I didn't know that Loom belonged to Atlassian I would not have known to come to this page to ask my question.  
I have been trying to record for 4 hours and its still not working.
