having this issues with Loom "Oops, please try that again!

I have contacted support updated the App reinstalled the Chrome Browser extension and rebooted my computer.
I have removed cookies checked for viruses, uninstalled and reinstalled the software. If I didn't know that Loom belonged to Atlassian I would not have known to come to this page to ask my question.
I have been trying to record for 4 hours and its still not working.
