Hi @jakemaisel2 ,

Are you using the desktop app or browser extension? Or maybe the mobile app? 
You could try reinstalling the app to see if that helps. 👀 

What I'd suggest is following these troubleshooting steps: Collect recorder logs for troubleshooting 
As the article states, you can reach out to Loom support and send them logs from your app to review. 🎟️

I just got this too, have been recording looms yesterday just fine - this is using loom.com web app

seems its trying to run either the extension or the desktop custom-scheme and i have neither loom extension nor loom desktop installed

and of course - right as i post the bug report it works now - same errors in dev tools but it works - perhaps something was cached
