Loom Screen + Camera Option Missing

I can't record myself and my screen at the same time because I can't see the screen + camera option in Loom. I tried downloading the desktop app. When I open it, it asks me to sign in, and when I do, it just redirects me back to the website without opening the app.

Loom records screen and camera together, just select your recording area and switch the camera toggle on. If you're using the Chrome extension, the camera bubble won't follow you outside the browser, so use the desktop app if you need to record other software. For the desktop sign-in loop, clearing your browser cache or disabling ad blockers usually fixes the broken login.
