Loomで録画しましたが、1時間以上経ってもLibraryに表示されません。
録画完了後の画面・URLも確認できません。
アップロード失敗の可能性があるため、ローカルに残っている動画パーツから復旧できるか確認したいです。

Can you check the following:
Now, apart from that, there might be a raw file on your local machine (typically in the app's temporary folders), but that would also depend on which OS you're using (Mac, Windows or something else). I haven't tried this myself, so I cannot be sure if there's such a thing.
What I'd also recommend is reaching out to Loom support by following the steps here Need help with your Loom account? Here’s how to contact Support (and get help faster)
Their team can probably check your account and see what went wrong from the backend perspective. 👀
