Hi team,
I’ve just been logged out of my Educator account, and unfortunately I no longer have access to the email address I used to set it up. This means I can’t log in to update the email address myself.
I need help accessing my Educator account and updating my email preferences.
I’ve already contacted support to request that the account be transferred to a new email address, but I haven’t received a response yet.
My ticket number is CA-4075493.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated as I need access to the account for work.

Edit: This has been solved through an Atlassian support ticket. Thanks for your help
Thank you very much. Edit to above: I no longer have access to the email address for my Loom account, and since I no longer work at that university, I can't get the IT department to reinstate my access, even temporarily.
I believe this is a solution that Atlassian often suggest. I hope there's another workaround that doesn't involve gaining access to the old email.
