Hi team,
I’ve just been logged out of my Educator account, and unfortunately I no longer have access to the email address I used to set it up. This also means I can’t log in to update the email address myself.
I’ve contacted support to request that the account be transferred to a new email address, but I haven’t received a response yet.
My ticket number is CA-4075493.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated, as I need access to the account for work.
