Links via texts spam

I need help. I stopped using Loom because when I create a video for a client, copy the link and send it to them via text, they dont open it because they think its spam. Is there a way to eliminate this problem? Mind you, I am not a tech savvy person who understands tech terms. I believe loom to be valuable for me in keeping my client retention high with the fixing of this problem. Anyone have the same experience as me? Help?

I'm not entirely sure of a way around people being unresponsive/leery of texts, but perhaps you could email them instead and either embed the video or ensure you include a subject and email body so it doesn't get marked as spam.

I don't believe there is anything in place to create branded links, but you could convert your links using bit.ly or something similar, too.
