ik kan niet meer op mijn Loom-account voor educatieve context

ik kom terecht in een blanco nieuw workspace

In het Loomaccount [email] staan opnames voor de school.
Kan je mij alsjeblieft helpen, ik moet aan het opname materiaal kunnen van
[email]

Alle andere accounts interesseren mij niet, ik heb nood aan mijn educational Loomaccount opnames
dit voor de schoolgroep Cursa.be
opnames van [email] - my library

Help me alsjeblieft...

Hi @Yvonne Verhoeks ,

Can you check if there are any other workspaces listed when trying to use workspace switcher?
I've seen this happen a couple of times to users due to the migration of Loom to Atlassian-native systems.

Apart from checking the workspace switcher, you could reach out to Loom Support by following these steps: Need help with your Loom account? Here’s how to contact Support (and get help faster)
Their team can probably check on the backend how things look like and provide some guidance on what to do next. 👀

One more thing - this is a public forum, so it's not recommended to share sensitive information such as personal or business email addresses.

Dank je!
Ik kon niet wisselen tussen de verschillende workspaces.

Had opeens een tweede mailadres ingebruik maar moest mijn educational account hebben omdat daar heel wat opname materiaal voor school staat!

Heb contact opgenomen met de Loom-support via deze link: zeer snel reactie, constant vraag/antwoord, binnen de 24 uur was alles geklonken!

Oprechte dank aan de Loom-support!
