Just want to cancel my loom account and have my service end when my started my service

Just want to cancel my loom account and have my service end when my started my service

I see loom has been gobbled up by this Atlassian corp. Just wanted loom and I will miss it. I saw somewhere that if I cancel my subscription, it just ends. Well, that's not fair. I want to cancel when my subscription is up. Wading through the Atlassian maze to reach anyone, maybe I can get some help here.

I suspect that I will keep the loom working until my yearly subscription is over in Jan. Thanks for your help
