Hi Brittany,
As a follow-up to https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Loom-questions/AI-powered-Meeting-notes-Page-Templates-amp-Custom-Prompts-for/qaq-p/3077543
1. In person meetings are still meetings
Oh. Well, so for my meeting, I met with a colleague IN PERSON and recorded the conversation in front of Loom. So that's not recorded the way you expected.
But shouldn't Loom consider that a meeting? I do, when I say it is. And even from a retrospectively tagged "this is a meeting" video I'd then expect it to be treated the same.
Is there another way to record and share an in-person using Loom?

2. Is this Recap menu going to be fixed or do I get a say?
Now, for another meeting, online this time, I do see the Recap tab, and within that, I see this dropdown.
None of these 4 options will suit me, not least because we want to drive multiple meeting minutes from the same meeting (think of this like reporting to technical vs sales colleagues - they care about different things).
I do recognize that Rovo Agents could be made to extract the factors for the relevant audiences but a simple "code your own prompt" would suit us better.
Thanks!
Martin
Hi @Martin Cleaver Totally hear you on in-person meetings! Pushing that a bit further, I think there a some interesting opportunities around audio-only recordings, which can make for a super seamless recording experience for more impromptu in-person meetings. That said, Rovo can generate a pretty good meeting notes Confluence page using a standard Loom video link (no agents required).
Thanks for the feedback!
Hi @Martin Cleaver - thanks for the feedback! Let me address your questions:

Hi @Isa Oliveres - has this or will this been addressed? We are still using Otter.ai for off-line meetings which creates a lot of friction (and people including me not) making the effort to upload in person conversation.
Otter.ai is also decent at not needing to be connected to the internet at the time.
Thanks, Martin

Hi @Martin Cleaver - I've shared the feedback with the team and it's in our backlog, though I do not have a precise timeframe for when we'll address this (i.e. being able to designate Loom's recorded in-person as "meetings" to generate the recap, notes, etc.).
Have you had a chance to try Loom triggers in Automations for this use case in the interim?
You could, for example, create a Loom folder or space called "In-person meetings" and set up an Automation Rule so that every time a Loom video is moved to that location, it runs a "Meeting notes" agent (which you can create and customize) and generates a new confluence page with the notes.
Thanks as always for the feedback, Martin!
