I have a fellow teacher who is retiring and has a bank of instructional videos created with her work email. Will those videos, which are public, remain after her account is terminated?

If the owner of a Loom video has their email deactivated (such as during retirement), there’s a chance that the videos tied to that account may become inaccessible. This is because Loom videos are linked to the account's email, and when the account is terminated, access to those videos could be restricted.

However, if the videos are set to public, they might remain accessible for a time, depending on Loom's policies. To ensure the videos stay available, it’s best to download or transfer them to a different Loom account or another storage solution before the account is retired.
