Dear Loom Support Team,
I’m contacting you regarding an issue with my recent subscription purchase.
A few minutes ago, I was accidentally charged for the annual Loom plan, but I intended to subscribe only to the monthly plan ($24 USD/month). This was a mistake made during checkout, and the purchase was made less than 10 minutes before opening this support request.
Here are the details of my case:
Charge Date: 17 NOV 2025
Email associated with my account: info@vestagencia.com
Payment Method: Mastercard ending in 9986
I have not used the subscription, and since the charge was made just minutes before submitting this ticket, I kindly request that the annual subscription be canceled and a full refund issued to the same payment method.
Given the immediacy of the request and the nature of the mistake, I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible so I can activate the correct monthly plan.
