I've lost access to my Loom account after migration to Atlassian

Hi all!

I cannot access my account anymore after recent migration to Atlassian. Atlassian said that "I cannot access that content" right after login.

How do I either have account access restored or moved my data to another one?

I already lost all my precious repos when Atlassian mangled with accounts few years ago. Now I am going to have one more shoot from it?

Welcome to the community!

This is a known pain point with the Loom → Atlassian account migration. Here's what to try:

  1. Check which email you're logging in with — the migration may have linked your Loom account to a different Atlassian ID. Try logging in at https://id.atlassian.com with any email addresses you may have used for Loom.
  2. Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com — provide your original Loom email and explain the migration issue. They can look up your account and re-link it.
  3. If you had a Loom workspace, the admin of that workspace may also be able to re-invite you.
