I have tried, repeatedly to delete this account since before the end of the free trial.

They won't delete the account and keep trying to bill me. Please help.

is your subscription actually active ?

  • Go to Settings → Billing.
  • Confirm whether the workspace is on a paid plan or Free.
  • Is there’s a Cancel subscription button?
  • Go to Settings → Workspace (if you’re the workspace owner).
  •  Downgrade to the Free plan if required.
  • Then delete the workspace and your account.

if all tried and not helping, contact Loom Support immediately.
