I have been billed for an anuual loom subscription twice in 2months

I joined Loom paid last month for an annual fee and then I have been billed again this month for another annual fee. Obviously, this is not correct. I have raised a ticket by contacting the contact us area in billing, and have nothing other than the generic reply. I want this refunded immediately, and I am very unhappy with the lack of customer support
