Hi I had a loom account logged in my email and how its saying I no longer have an account and all my loom videos no longer work. How can I get my account back with my videos

Hello and hope this finds you well. I know it's frustrating when you lose access to your videos and or data.
Few questions?
Was this email a work email you no longer have access to? Where you invited to a workspace and no longer have access to that workspace.
There is a way to access your personal settings in the workspace and move the video's from one workspace to another. You would need access to the videos via the email that you had.
