I downloaded my Loom app and dragged it to my task bar, but it will not open. what should I do?

I downloaded LOOM to my MACPRO. from applications I dragged Loom to my taskbar. But I am unable to open loom now. What steps did I miss?

Hi, @Stephanie Billings! Do you still see Loom in your Applications folder in Finder? I would love to try to help, but I don't want to go too deep without more info :)
