I used to access Loom on my desktop with no issues, but today I was suddenly signed out. It looks like Atlassian updated the login system, but now I’m unable to sign in with my Apple ID like I always have. I shouldn’t have been logged out in the first place, and now I can’t record the course module my audience is expecting. Loom is no longer working for me, and I need this resolved as soon as possible.
We are so sorry that this is happening to you, that is extremely frustrating.
This could be due to a number of things (and the teams are hard at work to make this a better experience).
First, could you check that your Loom email and your Atlassian email are the same email? If they're not the same, they should change your Loom email to match your Atlassian one. If you have an IT team who manages your accounts, you should reach out to them.
