I cannot proceed to next setup to profile setup. Nothing is happening after I click continue

I cannot seem to signup to my loom account. I am usign my organization's email to continue with loom. However, upon signup this screen pops up and I cannot seem to continue to the next step. Nothing happens when I click on "Continue" Button.
